Then you can pay the remaining amount in your own time without any interest nor fixed installments. Why is my payment not working?
Most of the time the cause might be that your bank is declining the payment. The easiest solution is to call your credit card issuer to enable a transaction from Anmo.

The second most common error is that the billing address you've written at check out does not match the one on file at your bank for your credit/debit cards. Please make sure this information is correct. You can enter a different shipping and billing address at checkout.

Can I have my order delivered elsewhere? (For privacy)
Yes, of course. We can ship your parcel to your nearest UPS, DHL or FedEx store. To do so simply add their address as your shipping address at checkout and we will delivery your doll there.

You can also have them hold your parcel free of charge for a few days for you to find the correct time to pick it up. 

We understand how important privacy is. For that reason our parcels are descrete and completly unlabeled.
Is your shipping parcel discrete?
Yes, of course its discrete.
We understand how imporant privacy and discreccion is for these products. That's why our dolls are shipped in a completly unlabeled box (that could be a piece of furniture for example) to ensure discreccion and privacy. Only you will know what awaits for you inside the box.
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
No, however, if you do not wish to have your parecel shipped to your location, you can call up UPS, FedEx or DHL and have the items be held in their store.
When the item has arrived the shipping company will call you (or you can track it online via the tracking number we will provide you with) and then you can go pick it up in your own time. 
How long does it takes?
Order processing & production time can range from 7 - 10 business days, depending on the selected customization options and the number of orders in queue.

Once your doll has been produced according to all your specifiations and features, we will email you with finished pictures to see your doll before shipping, after confirmation we will ship your doll.

Taking care of my sex doll
1) Clean the vaginal, anal and oral canals after every use with an antibacterial soap to avoid growth of bacteria.

2) Be careful in your every day use when moving them (as they can be quite heavy) to not get the TPE skin caught on anything and cause a tare. 

3) Once per month hydrate your doll with mineral baby oil to maintain the elasticity and real feel of the TPE.

Difference between TPE and Silicon Dolls.
Our sex dolls are either made of TPE or silicone. Both TPE and silicone are the most modern materials to use, with medical grade safety and properties that greatly resemble the touch of real human skin (both in feeling and softness). Both TPE and silicone are waterproof.

Most of our dolls are made out of TPE as it is a great material that is easy to sculpt and the results are extremly good looking and realistic sex dolls. We offer some silicone dolls for those that want the ultimate realism for their sex dolls. Silicone sex dolls have more humanistic details as well as being more resitant to heat. Due to the dificulty to manufacture Silicone doll heads, they are slightly more expensive than TPE, but the finished products are well worth it. 
The difference between Normal, Hollow and Jelly Breasts
All of our sex dolls come with the option to add different breasts types. They all look the same from the outside, it is the feeling of them that changes.

The normal breasts are the standard. They look incredible and feel real.  However, If you want your doll to feel even more real and have extra squidgyness of breasts you may consider adding hollow breasts. These, as they sound, are hollow on the indide, softer and more realistic. 

If you want the ultimate realism for your sex doll, we reccommend you to get the jelly breasts. These are the most advanced breast types that techonology has made. the outside made of premium TPE, they have a hollow inside that is filled with jelly, providing the softest and most elastic sensation.

Heating function.
All of our sex dolls have the posibility to add a body heating function. This upgrade allows for you to plug in your doll so it warms up and feels amazing. This is one of our most advanced and recommended features. It completly increases the realism level to give you the most pleasurable experience. 

You can add this feature to all our sex dolls in the customization options under body ungrades. Note: Body heating function is not compatible with EVO skeleton nor with Simulated Breathing function.
The difference between removable and fixed vagina

The built-in or fixed vagina is exactly how it sounds. The vagina is built-in to the doll just like a real woman. The removable vagina is a sleeve or fleshlight-esque tube that you can insert and remove from the doll. The tube is held in place by the doll’s labia and you can't see the difference between them.

Which is better? It depends on what you value most. Many of our customers prefer the built-in vagina as it provided the most realistic experience, however  the removable vagina is easier to clean and replace. If you value complete realism you’ll want to get the built-in vagina, if you prefer comfort and want something that is easy to pop-out to clean after each use you should consider the removable vagina.

Standing Feet
All our dolls come with the option of adding “standing feet”. This upgrade adds 3 screws through the sole of the feet as well as a reeinforcement to the skeleton so that the doll can stand on its own. Without this upgrade your sex doll won't be able to  “free stand” on their own. This is because the feet are not designed to hold their own weight.

If you want your doll to stand, you need this upgrade. If you value full realism (and don't want to see the screws on the bottom of the feet) then you should get the normal feet.
EVO Skeleton
Our dolls have a flexible and articulated skeleton just like a human. However, the EVO skeleton is an upgrade that allows the sex doll's shoulders to shrugg. This upgrade will allow you to use your sex doll in any position you ever imagined. 

You can add this feature to all our sex dolls in the customization options under body ungrades. Note: This upgrade is not compatible with body heating function nor with simulated breathing function.
