Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Sex doll products offered for sale on the website are made-to-order for each buyer. As such, the following applies to refunds and returns for any products purchased by a buyer:

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If a cancellation is exceptionally granted, it will be subject to a seller's restocking fee of 25% of the value of the product order. Anmo Dolls will provide a refund of the funds paid, minus the restocking fee and any applicable processing and transaction fees, to the buyer's original payment method.

  • After a product has been shipped to the buyer, the sale is final and the product cannot be returned for any reason.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to provide an exchange or return as there are several concerns related to hygiene. Please understand that this is the standard practice in the sex doll industry.

Warranty Procedure:

We thoroughly check every product before shipment to ensure it is in perfect condition. However, if the product you received is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:

  1. Email customer support at Chris@anmodolls.com, providing your name, order number, and a description of the problem.
  2. Attach evidence (photographs or videos) showing the described defects.
  3. Allow our team 7 business days to review the issue and provide a suitable solution that is acceptable to you.

If you encounter any issues with your product, such as manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, we will make sure to resolve the problem for you. If the issue was caused by us or is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. However, damage resulting from improper use of the product will not be covered under the product warranty. If your product or any part is damaged during shipping and the box has visible damages, it is important to report the issue to the shipping carrier and to us as soon as possible. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
