Our made-to-order sex doll products are custom-made for each customer and, as such, refunds and returns are not possible. After an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

In exceptional circumstances, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and a refund will be issued minus this fee and any additional processing or transaction fees.

Upon receipt, all sales are final.

We take great care in inspecting each product before shipment to ensure it is in perfect condition. If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery by emailing Chris@anmodolls.com with your order number and an explanation of the problem. Evidence, such as photographs or videos, should be included in your email. We will review the problem and provide a suitable solution within 7 business days. If the problem was caused by us or due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

In the event of damage caused during shipment, please open a complaint with the carrier and provide photographic evidence. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will replace it free of charge. Damage resulting from improper use of the product will not be covered under warranty.
